Florian

Florian is a stallion of grace and focus. Once he has his mind onto a task, it is difficult--impossible even--to divert him from it. He approaches things with thought, working the puzzle intently. Oftentimes, he is unable to stop himself when acting, sometimes rushing to believe he has the solution before he can feel truly confident in it. However, his pride simply cannot stand failure, and so he will not turn back, even once his confidence has waned. Some can say his determination is his detriment, but he believes it is to his benefit. He is often suspicious of others, unwilling to leave weak spots in his heart when interacting with anyone, even those he knows decently. His cynical soul assumes bad intentions in others and often welcomes failure, convinced it is simply meant to be. He prefers his own company, untrusting of new and familiar faces, often spending his downtime practicing magic. He is eager to experiment and explore the limitations of magic, even at the question of ethical limits. He may often do what can be seen as good deeds for others by mending wounds and treating injuries, but it is only for his own magical progression and not out of a kind heart. He expects no strings attached, refusing returned kindness and separating himself emotionally from any grateful soul.
