Samhain 2026

Samhain marks the start of the darker half of the year, and the time where the line between the dead and the living is the thinnest. As darkness falls many Veilhorns dress up in festive or spooky costumes and go out to trick-or-treat. While traveling along the candle-lit and pumpkin-decorated paths a dark figure slips through the shadows, soft rustling of feathers, or maybe.. scales? They might be just another Veilhorn in disguise, or maybe something else, these woods might be haunted after all.

Objective

Show or describe your Veilhorn enjoying the autumn weather and spooky season or participating in the trick-or-treating: giving out or receiving treats, performing pranks and mischief, or decorating with candles, pumpkins and autumn colours. Are they dressed up in a costume, altering their appearance with spells, or just going as themselves? Perhaps they encounter the mysterious figure along the way.

XP requirement: 5 XP

Each entry must have at least 1 character that meets the XP requirement. Additional characters that do not meet the XP requirement are allowed, but are not eligible for character-specific rewards. Minimum 1 character per player (for collabs, this means 2 entry contributors requires the entry to have at least 2 characters who each meet the XP requirement).

Character background

Reward is once per entry, you may enter multiple times. The same character can enter more than once.

You will receive the rewards after an admin has approved each entry. For collabs, each contributor will receive the reward.

Trophies are awarded to both users and characters. Backgrounds are earned per character. Only characters who meet the XP requirement are eligible to earn trophies and unlock backgrounds.
