A traditional painting depicting Psique in a rearing/jumping pose. She is in an autumn environment, with three monarch butterflies accompanying her as she seems to be in a dance, one with the season. While painting I took the time to think about her personality and how she'd feel about the festivities of this time of the year. I came to the conclusion that she is a kind soul, still she is confident in herself and won't let others push her around. I think she'd appreciate autumn more than halloween in itself, also choosing to remember those that have passed.
