Waking up somewhere unkown, but also un-known, a young mare opened her eyelids as her purple eyes scanned around her surroundings. As she adjusted to the noises fading in around her, she sat up in a laying position, ready to stand if necessary. Her mane curled around her thick neck, the black locks too dark for light to reflect off, as is the color's job, the mare glanced at the water pooling from the comforting noises of the waterfall. The familiar scent of water relaxing to the mare. The swishing of the mare's black tail, her ears are perked and attentive to the forest's edge coating the rocky cliff catching sounds of foliage moving. . . ~-~ The mare soon felt the presence of a figure, her withers flinching and cinching from the atmosphere, then she stood up and looked around to find this mysterious horse. The mare's eyes glanced around her front view before she turned her head and met it with another horse's blue-ish purple eyes. The mare tensed up, her body turning to match with her head, "who are you?" The mare asked the other horse, curiosity in trepidation apparent but nonetheless submersed with curiosity plunging her fear away to give away for the questions. "Eiden." The other horse, a mare, answered the black splash mare. "And your name?" Eiden asked, tilting her head curiously at the other mare. "Uhh- uhm. . . Oh! You can call me Espresso." The black splash mare replied, she dipped her lower body playfully before lunging at the mare in a banter of playfulness. She hadn't met another mare in forever! It felt. . . Good, to be in another's presence.
