Horn mutation

Webbed is a horn mutation causing the horns to grow strands that merge into other parts of the horn, or causing strands connecting two horns to eachother. Webbed can also cause a hole-like appearance in horns. Webbed is most notable on horns with the spined type, resulting in strands connecting the different spines or tines to eachother.
