Sabino is characterized by white markings with very uneven/irregular or even roaned edges, starting from the legs and often causing white spotting on the belly, as well as bold white face markings.

Sabino always affects mane and tail where it touches.

At minimal expression sabino needs to have medium-tall white socks on any two legs and a white face marking.

Sabino horses often have white speckling throughout their coat, and subtle roaning.

Even as a maximally expressed sabino there should still be some coloured areas or speckling visible, it may not be fully white.
