Appearance
Glimmer causes a soft glitter gradient or speckled effect in the same colour as the elemental alignment. The speckles are always very small.
Glimmer can go anywhere on the body but may not cover a large area.
Glimmer can have a soft airbrushed/roaned effect, or cause glittery accents anywhere on the body such as ear rims, inside of ears, eyelids, inside of nostril, and so on. It can also partially affect other traits, for example affecting the accents of patterns or outlining them. Glimmer can not fully affect other traits.
Can optionally affect mane and tail where it touches. The affected area in the mane/tail can optionally also be glittery.
