Appearance

Rugged modifies the appearance of markings and patterns by giving them a partially or fully torn or weathered look. This can include torn or smeared edges, or a more weathered/roaned appearance. Rugged only affects mane/tail if the marking being altering does.

Minimum requirement:

Some part of a marking or pattern should have a torn or weathered edge.

Minimum requirements can be reduced or completely removed by the occlusion trait.

Allowed:

Can affect all markings and patterns.

Not allowed:

Can not create markings out of nothing, it can only affect already present markings and patterns.
Can not alter the colour of present markings, only give them a torn or rugged appearance.
